Patricia Aylward and Cloene Schmidt Summer Virtual Continuing Education Event Recap Thank you to everyone who attended our first ever virtual continuing education event. We heard from many great speakers and are thankful for their time and dedication to the SDDHA. Although we could not all be together like we planned for the 2020 Annual Sessions, we made the best of it by offering five courses to our members and non members. As a perk of being members of the SDDHA, our members received the five courses free of charge. The SDDHA is rooting for you. Important dates for your 2021 calendar! Lobby Day 2021 in Pierre, South Dakota - January 25th Annual Sessions 2021 in Sioux Falls, South Dakota - May 13th - 15th The 2020 Radiology Continuing Education course has been rescheduled to 2021 due to the venue guidelines for COVID. Your place will be held for the event in 2021 if you have already registered for the event. If you would like a refund, please email our Secretary Hailey Bruggeman at [email protected]. South Dakota Dental Hygienist Association Board Positions The SDDHA Board would love to have YOU be apart of our team. We currently have one position vacant for the 2020 - 2021 term: Western CE Coordinator. We love providing continuing education across the entire state of South Dakota, and we need someone on the West side of the state to help plan continuing education courses for the SDDHA.
